Dude this is hysterical! I thought I was on an island when it came to telling it like it is in the title industry, looks like "my wolf-pack grew by 1, and then there were 2 in my wolf-pack". I have actually had agents tell me "I see value in working with you, I see you all over the Internet, but...my rep is really HOT!" whaaaaaaaaaat?

@ogsk8ermocc True a lot of reps don't know what they sell, but most Realtors don't know jack about buying or selling a home! Realtors think they know everything about the closing process and most don't know jack. "Uhhh...can't you just "push it through"? "Sure...let me call up the county and let them know it's you personally asking to overlook it." Paleeeaase! There's enough to go around on both sides here.

This is hilarious! But, I am an AE and I can honestly say that the comments above are a little harsh. There might be a rep or two out there that has given us a bad name, but most of the reps I come across are very knowledgeable, helpful and essential to the growth of their clients business. Sorry about your bad experiences but, I had to give props to the reps out there that put in long hours, care about their reputation and make a difference every day. There are many out there!
