Hobbies: Mr. Giacobbe was a personal injury litigator in the Wall Street area of New York City and has concentrated his practice on the representation of accident victims. He has worked on both jury and nonjury trials in the areas of general negligence, automobile negligence, and criminal law and has helped clients achieve substantial compensation for their injuries. Mr. Giacobbe was born in the Bronx and resides in New Rochelle, New York. He is actively involved with several nonprofit entities in the Westchester and Bronx communities including coaching the New Rochelle High School's Mock Trial Team and assisting the Youth Shelter of Westchester. After having worked for Wachovia Wealth Management, the Imperial Yacht Club, Inc., and Century 21 real estate, Mr. Giacobbe went back into academia and attended Quinnipiac University's School of Law and School of Business. He ranked amongst the top of his first year law school class, graduated Cum Laude from the Juris Doctorate program, and simultaneously earned his Masters in Business Administration. Mr. Giacobbe achieved dozens of awards of recognition for his accolades. Most notably, he earned the coveted Distinguished Academic Achievement Award, for achieving the highest grade in his class, in: Advanced Legal Writing and Research, Law Office Management, Trial Practice, and Advanced Trial Practice. Additionally, he was the President of his law school's Moot Court Honor Society and won second place in a National Moot Court Competition. Mr. Giacobbe is licensed to practice law in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Washington DC, and also the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York.
